# Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Noble Educators ("the Platform") at **nobleeducators.com**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including students, parents, guardians, and tutors.

## 2. Description of Services

Noble Educators provides:

- •1-on-1 online tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms
- •Access to course materials, study guides, and educational resources
- •A platform to connect students with qualified tutors
- •Curriculum-aligned content for various international curricula

## 3. User Accounts

- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •Accounts for users under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## 4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

- •**Booking:** Sessions must be booked in advance through the platform or by contacting us directly.
- •**Cancellation by Student:** Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged.
- •**Cancellation by Tutor:** If a tutor cancels, you will receive a full credit or reschedule at no charge.
- •**No-shows:** Sessions missed without notice will be charged in full.

## 5. Payments & Refunds

- •All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- •Payment is due before or at the time of booking unless a package arrangement is agreed.
- •Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- •We do not offer refunds for completed sessions unless there was a demonstrable service failure.
- •Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

## 6. Code of Conduct

All users must:

- •Treat tutors, students, and staff with respect at all times
- •Not record sessions without explicit consent from all parties
- •Not share login credentials or allow others to use your account
- •Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- •Not attempt to contact tutors outside the platform to bypass fees

## 7. Intellectual Property

All content on Noble Educators — including course materials, study guides, PDFs, session plans, and website content — is the intellectual property of Noble Educators or its licensors. You may use materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

## 8. Tutor Conduct & Liability

- •Tutors on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Noble Educators.
- •Noble Educators vets tutors but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
- •We are not liable for the content of individual tutoring sessions beyond our platform guidelines.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

Noble Educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific academic results will be achieved. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

## 11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://nobleeducators.com/privacy-policy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

## 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand, India.
