A little clarity before you begin.
How do you choose a starting point?
We discuss their grade, recent schoolwork and the topics they find difficult, then plan the first lesson around those needs. For younger children, tell us about their reading, number skills and experience learning online.
Can we focus on more than one subject?
Tell us which subjects need attention. We can discuss a suitable tutor match and how to divide lesson time, rather than trying to cover every subject in one lesson.
How are online lessons scheduled?
Share your family’s time zone and preferred times. We discuss tutor availability and agree on a schedule before lessons begin.
What happens after the free first lesson?
Discuss how the lesson felt, what to work on next and the course rate. You can decide whether to continue; there is no obligation to book further lessons.
